About us

"serious": we take our missions seriously, with detailled briefings and debriefings, and some SOPs
"relaxed": we don't have ranks, mandatory trainings, or force people to call us "sir" or "ma'am"

Mioof is a unit that prioritizes the wellbeing of all its members; the unit is run by a trans woman and a bisexual man, so we have a zero tolerance for transphobic, homophobic, racist, sexist or otherwise bigoted activity. We have a social contract that defines how members should conduct themselves, including how feedback and points are given in the debrief. Our objective is to bring the skill floor of our members up through learning and improving, while still having fun and being socially aware.

You can join our Discord where you'll be invited to participate in a very short (5 minute) interview so we can get the cut of your jib. After that, you're free to participate in any of our ops, in any* slot.
* - some slots like Squad Leader or slots in big ops may be reserved for people with experience, but we try to enable everyone to have a chance to play in any slot over time!

**[SITREP]** Year: 1959 Roughly one hour ago, Lukow Airfield has cut all communications and gone on total lock down. The last transmission out of the airbase was recently decrypted to the fleet of B-52 bombers it services, a message ordering "Plan R", what is meant to be a retaliation strike plan, now being used as an unintended first strike against the USSR. While it is possible that this is all a big misunderstanding, the stance of the Pentagon is to continue under the assumption that General Ripper has overstepped his authority and is trying to start a nuclear war. **[BRIEF]** Rallying at Seller Motorpool, an off base part of the campus, the plan is to arrest General Ripper, and any base staff who may be an accomplace. Seeing as how the base is still under lock down, it is safe to assume that even the MPs will be in on it. Horse 2-1 should be used if we CANNOT get 15+ total players (if we have low player count, we will want the extra armor and fire power). Horse 2-7 should be used only if we CAN get 15+ total players (otherwise I will TP players and resups). I have asked pat to ensure that players will not go down too quickly, however this may still be an issue.
