Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all, we offer some mod introductions on request. You can take any role you want, right from the off, though we do prioritize players with certifications for Squad Leader, Pilot and JTAC roles. These certifications are super easy to gain, and we offer Certification training on request, regardless of how long you've been with us.

M100F is a unit that prioritizes the wellbeing of all its members; the unit is run by a trans woman and a bisexual man, so we have a zero tolerance for transphobic, homophobic, racist, sexist or otherwise bigoted activity. We have a social contract that defines how members should conduct themselves, including how feedback and points are given in the debrief. Our objective is to bring the skill floor of our members up through learning and improving, while still having fun and being socially aware.

Ops are 2 hours long, and we run twice a week. No mandatory attendance — show up when you can, and take breaks whenever you need.

Jump into the Discord — you'll get a short 5-minute intro chat, then you're free to sign up for any op.

Absolutely! After three missions with us, you gain Membership status, which shows you are familiar with our our unit runs and the kinds of missions we play. After that, we welcome all mission makers.

We don't have a basic training or any mandatory trainings, and as a result our onboarding process is basically instant.
We run a Certification system for important roles, like Squad Leader, JTAC and Pilot. Those certifications have training that comes with it, though usually it's as simple as reading the SOP and then applying your learning in a real mission alongside one of our Mentors.
