BRIEFING

WOMEN IN THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC ENJOY EQUAL RIGHTS WITH MEN IN ALL SPHERES OF STATE, POLITICAL, ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, AND CULTURAL LIFE ARTICLE 66 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC

BRIEF

NATO forces were caught demolishing border fences and attempting to cross into the DDR and into the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic only 2 weeks ago. In both cases border guards were killed just after getting a radio alert out. This blatant agression against Warsaw Pact members will not be tolerated.

Friendly DDR and Soviet forces are nearby but are not yet in fighting order. DDR reinforcements will be deploy to support at 0900 hours or when secure capture of Biberbach has been declared. Enemy FRG Forces are holding against the Eastern-most line of their frontline but have been driving back the Warsaw Pact counter-invasion after NATO forces were first spotted cutting border fences to cross into the DDR 2 months ago. These forces have also been utilizing white supremacist and neo-nazi groups the BKA have decided to ignore to the convenience of the FRG. These groups operate as "Stay Behind Organizations" of spies, assasins or death squads against any civilians they deem may be aiding our cause behind friendly lines. We suspect the Soviet involvement in Afghanistan has served as motivation for a wounded USA looking to lash out against their enemies in the wake of a 2nd assasination attempt on Ronald Reagen last year (1986) that succeded. Your goal is to assault the main NATO position in this region to help buy time. Our forces in this region are on the backfoot, but if this operation succeeds we can forstall future counterattacks for at least a month, buying time for Soviet Reinforcements to make their way West to help resist this invasion.

3rd Platoon Commander, your orders are to deal with nearby SBO forces to ensure they cannot assault our rear or flanks, then to conducting a probing attack around the village of Grubhof into and through the enemy frontline. If the position can be sustained and the town of Biberbach can be held, do so and await reinforcements from a DDR mechanized company. If the position cannot be held retreat and await DDR reinforcements as scheduled at 0900 hours. Control of this region is paramount.

Objectives

Assault Stein and eliminate "Stay Behind Organization" forces assisting NATO invasion forces.
Cross current frontlines, eliminate scouts before the can report to NATO HQ in Biberbach.
Assault and attempt to capture Biberbach to support DDR retreat to West German Border
- Attempt to hold Biberbach for as long as possible, DDR reinforcements will arrive to support against counterattacks.
