[SITREP]

The intel picked up in Arobster indicated Republican Guard was using an underground network of Syrian sympathizers and radicalized locals. Langley lost the scent of some of the more organized groups. Spearfish has mostly gone north to Baghdad leaving a small force to escort Bandit. the final steps of our operation are coming into form, and as such, Bandit is being made into a counter terrorism asset. Intel suggests there are mines in the area.

[BRIEF]

Bandit and Spearfish are working closely together today kicking doors to make arrests of anyone connect to the underground network being utilized by fleeing Republican Guard. Last week this area was teaming with insurgent activity, today, we are getting shot at from a crowd of unarmed civilians. We believe they have gone underground and only those who absolutely have to are still out and about. This is uncleared terrain! Importantly, there must be an attempt to revive and arrest all combatants and suspicious individuals. Bandit and Spearfish will be semi independent from one another, however ideally will utalize eachother to complete their objectives. Spearfish is mounted in armed humvees and should utalize the weapons and maneuverability that their vehicles offer.

It is expected that insurgents will unbury AT equipment if they see armor like the BMP, and as such Bandit actual is asked to consider leaving Attack Dog at base. There may possibly be a war journalist is accompanying spearfish on this operation as part of Langley's plan to legitimize Bandit as an authority in Iraq. It is recommended that spearfish takes the safe houses while bandit takes the hideouts. Detained individuals will be transported by spearfish 2-7. Pay attention to the weather.
