The Soviet-Afghan war is in full swing. Mujahadeen Forces have captured Lagarak and the surrounding area, and have set up charges to demolish the key Lagarak Dam. Losing this dam will flood downriver, and risks flooding major Soviet supply routes.

Brief

We're going to be approaching Lagarak, destroying key infrastructure to weaken Mujahadeen strength in the region. Our main objective is the Dam, which currently has charges planted on it. We expect these charges to go off around 2 hours after mission start. They will critically weaken the dam and potentially cause a collapse. We must get our engineer there to disarm the charges. Due to the urgency of the situation we haven't had time to assemble an ideal force. We have access to some ground based logistics, an infantry platoon and a single BRDM. Other than that, we're on our own.

Notes

• Command has access to a respawn tent. Enemies will try to destroy this if they see it. It cannot be replaced and if lost all respawns will need to be brought in by 0-7.
• 0-7 has access to a fortify tool.
